Welcome to Buddy AI. By accessing or using the Buddy AI website, chat interface, or API ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Buddy AI provides a unified AI model gateway: one API key that can route requests to a catalog of AI models (the "Models"), plus a chat interface. The Service is provided "as is" and may change at any time without notice.
Sign-in is performed exclusively through GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your GitHub account. Accounts whose GitHub account is less than 60 days old may be denied access as an anti-abuse measure. You may not create accounts to circumvent bans, quotas, or age gates.
API keys grant access to the Service and are the equivalent of passwords. You may hold up to 3 active keys. You are responsible for all activity performed with your keys, including by third parties. Keys are stored hashed — the raw key is shown once at creation and cannot be recovered. Revoke any compromised key immediately.

Each key has a daily request quota chosen at creation (blank = unlimited). Quotas reset at midnight UTC. The chat interface has its own daily message limits per model tier. Premium models are subject to a free trial pool and, after that, a paid subscription. We may impose or adjust limits to protect the Service's stability.
Premium access is billed through PayPal, monthly (6€) or yearly (60€). Payment is handled entirely by PayPal; we do not store payment information. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your PayPal account and keep premium access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per PayPal's policies.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for how you use the output. Buddy AI is not a professional advisor (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Always verify important information.
The Service, its design, branding ("Buddy AI", "Buddy Router"), and software are owned by Buddy Corporation. You retain rights to the content you submit. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (sections 7–13) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUDDY CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
